Pumpkin Cinnamon Granola

This pumpkin cinnamon granola is super duper easy and beyond delicious!

Pumpkin Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 TBS cinnamon
  • 1 TBS melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • A pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt

Directions

  • Toast those oats and pumpkin seeds in the oven on a baking sheet at 350F for 10-15min
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl while you enjoy that sweet sweet aroma
  • Toss those oats and seeds into the bowl, mix well and lay out out to cool (20-30 min)

  • Himalayan Sea Salt: trace amounts of potassium, magnesium & calcium
