This pumpkin cinnamon granola is super duper easy and beyond delicious!
Pumpkin Cinnamon Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 TBS cinnamon
- 1 TBS melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- A pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Directions
- Toast those oats and pumpkin seeds in the oven on a baking sheet at 350F for 10-15min
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl while you enjoy that sweet sweet aroma
- Toss those oats and seeds into the bowl, mix well and lay out out to cool (20-30 min)
