This recipe is to go head over heels for!! One of the only ways I’ll eat cauliflower now; I even have my mom convinced and she hates cauliflower. So it’s gotta be good then!
Quinoa Crusted Cauliflower
What your beautiful self will need
- 1 head cauliflower chopped into “little trees”
- Frank’s hot sauce (amount depends on how spicy you like it)
- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 4 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 1/2 original unsweetened almond milk
- Parchment paper + baking sheet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Celsius.
- Mix together Frank’s, almond milk and flaxseeds. Allow to thicken approx. 5mins.
- Dip cauliflower into almond milk mixture and then dip it into the cooked quinoa. Coating all sides.
- Place on your baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping the cauliflower halfway.
