Raw Salad Dressings
Ingredients
- 1 medium orange (peeled)
- ½ cup raw cashews, (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes)
- 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 t fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- Himalayan salt to taste
- ¼ cup water, or more
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add enough water to reach the consistency you like. Enjoy!
Raw Cashew Maple Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews, (soaked in warm water for 30 minutes)
- 1/3 cup + 2 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 T pure maple syrup
- 2 T cold-pressed olive oil (or grapeseed oil)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2-3 t onion powder
- 2 T fresh dill
- 2 T fresh cilantro
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- ¾ to 1 ½ cup water, or more
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy
- Add enough water to reach the consistency you like. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- ½ raw sweet potato
- 2 celery ribs
- ½ bunch dill
- ½ bunch cilantro
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ cup arugula
- 2 small collard leaves
- ½ broccoli head
- 1 cup red cabbage
Optional
- 1 can black beans
- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
