This sunny vegan smoothie harnesses the recovery power of pineapple (see here) and the energizing power of matcha, with some greens and plant-based protein powder for good measure!
Recipe:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of liquid (water/coconut water/non-dairy milk)
- 2 big handfuls spinach
- 2 cups pineapple
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsps matcha
Serves 2 people.

- Combine all ingredients, blend on high until perfectly smooth and frothy
