Recover & Energize Smoothie

This sunny vegan smoothie harnesses the recovery power of pineapple (see here) and the energizing power of matcha, with some greens and plant-based protein powder for good measure!

Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of liquid (water/coconut water/non-dairy milk)
  • 2 big handfuls spinach
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsps matcha

Serves 2 people.

Method

  • Combine all ingredients, blend on high until perfectly smooth and frothy
