When you have set your intentions on creating a healthier lifestyle for yourself the first couple weeks can be very hard mentally.
Breaking old habits and replacing them with healthier choices is not always easy, so it helps to have a few tricks up your sleeve to make the process a bit easier. Here is a great juice to have on hand when you are craving something sweet or you are looking for a dessert.
The great thing is you will be getting a whole lot more and feel way better after consuming this juice then if you were to eat the ice cream or cookies.
Sweet Love Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1 pear
- 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
Directions:
Juice ingredients in order and add cinnamon at the end. Shake and Enjoy.
