About Amalia

I have always had a passion for food science, but life took me in a different direction. When I became a Mom, I abandoned my J.O.B. in food microbiology, and started my own business in finance. Now that my babies are older, I have a burning desire to make use of my Biology BSc. and follow my true path by enhancing my knowledge of holistic nutrition.
