I attended online studies at Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition and
graduated from their Tier 1 Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach program in November of 2018 as well as their Tier 2 Advanced Holistic Nutrition program in June of 2019. I work with women virtually throughout Canada via email, phone call or zoom chat.

I specialize in healthy habits, positive mindset and wholesome plant-based nutrition. I help women break down their biggest health and wellness goals into daily actionable baby steps that are sustainable long-term.

I’m a compassionate animal lover and live a vegan lifestyle. I’ve been vegan for 6 years, but only recently started a truly healthy whole foods plant-based diet in 2017. My health journey stemmed originally from losing my dad to brain cancer back in 2012. Ever since I’ve been interested in healing my body through lifestyle changes.

In addition to health and helping others, I enjoy reading, writing, going for hikes/walks and spending time with my partner.
