Hello there!

Having spent most of the last decade in marketing putting my Bachelor of Business Administration to use, I’ve recently shifted into the wellness world.  It all started when I finally (after 5 years of wanting to do it) enrolled in the training to become a Reflexology Therapist (RCRT).  As I’ve been working with clients through reflexology treatments, I felt like I needed more – more knowledge, more skills and more ways to guide my clients wellness journeys – and nutrition was the missing piece.

Living the career-driven 8-5 lifestyle, I know all too well how much stress, lack of sleep and diet impact a person’s well-being and it’s easy to get stuck in the ‘grab and go’ lifestyle.  One of my goals is to create manageable plans for clients to eat and feel better without breaking the bank or spending time meal prepping instead of spending time with their family.  I’m still working through how it’s all going to work but I can’t wait to see how it goes!!

Cheers!

Dionne
