My name is Holly Booker and I am a wife and a mother to a high-energy three year old, a Holistic Health and Nutrition Consultant, and a certified yoga teacher. My interest in Holistic Nutrition evolved from the union of my former career in healthcare and my passion for the environment. As an (early) retired paramedic, I have witnessed firsthand the direct effects that our food choices have on our health and wellbeing. Through recently completing a Master’s of Environment and Resource Studies degree, I am also unnervingly aware of how what we eat also impacts the environment at global and local scales.
I have completed my certification as a Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach and offer my services to help people discover how food can improve their own, and their family’s health and wellbeing, and can also lower the ecological footprint they leave behind. As a busy full time mom and student, I realize the stress that can come with planning and cooking healthy meals. As a holistic nutrition consultant, I make food easy by solving the mystery of what to eat by empowering you with the knowledge of WHY. I also teach you how to create delicious and easy meals that everyone, including kids, will love so that you can spend your energy and time on the things you actually WANT to do.
