My journey as a holistic nutritionist started not long ago after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Believe it or not, somehow I see it as a blessing, an eye opening about my life. As a yoga and meditation instructor, I have always believed more in the holistic approach rather than conventional medicine (of course we need it but to a certain extend). I believe that we have the power inside our self to heal, we just need to activate it and that’s what I’m here for.
I have made many changes in my life since then and I realised that I have never seen the food as food but as a medicine. It’s always going through a certain process in my brain before going into my mouth. I spent countless hours to do research about the best food to get for my condition and as passionate as I am I would do the same for you.
I went through 2 surgeries almost back to back, following by radiation. I can tell after all of that, yes it made a huge difference what I ate during my healing journey. I also gave myself a prescription of 30 minutes meditation every day and I recovered super fast and peacefully!!
Now, my role is to guide you in your journey toward greater wellness, energy and vibrancy. My holistic approach means we will look at all aspects of your health—body, mind and spirit.
