For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about holistic health and wellness.  It only felt right to take the leap and turn my love of healthy living into a career.  I am currently halfway through the Nutraphoria Holistic Health Coach Certification Program and I can honestly say I am loving every step of the journey.

For the past 7 years, I have been splitting my time between Toronto, Canada and Manglaralto, Ecuador.  I originally made the move from Toronto to South America to pursue my dream of opening my own beachside health-conscious restaurant. I had just completed my chef training and wanted to be close to the sun, sand and surf while being able to share my love for healthy eats.  After several years of running my own restaurant & catering business, it was time to evolve on my wellness journey.  I wanted to create a career that would give me location independence and the opportunity to develop skills that would help me become a wellness entrepreneur.  For the past 3 years, I have made the transition into the digital marketing world, while keeping health & wellness at the forefront.  I now work remotely as a social media manager and strategist for health, fitness and wellness entrepreneurs with clear intentions of running my own online business in the near future.

The mind-body connection is one of our greatest assets, I believe that consistent and continual practice in self-care, personal development, natural nutrition, nourishment, spirituality, connecting with nature,  movement and stress management are some of the most powerful foundations for living a vibrant, fulfilling life.
