Hi! My name is Koren. I am a mother of teenager, wife, work full time and have a home business.

I am currently in the process of completing my Nutrition Coach Certification Program. I do have to say I have never been more interested or excited to learn anything in my life. Even though somedays I am wondering how it is all going to fit in my brain to retain the information haha!

I have enjoyed every part of the course so far and cannot wait to embark on the next chapter of my life 🙂
