My name is Lori and I live in Wasaga Beach, ON with my husband Keith and our two teenage boys, Keagan and Liam. I am also a mom to our three fur babies, Molly, Abby and Gracie. I am a Financial Analyst by day and an aspiring Holistic Nutritionist by evenings and weekends. I have always had a deep passion for all things health & wellness. I was forever reading the latest magazine or social media post related to this topic, so last Fall I decided to take the leap and begin my studies. It was scary and exciting all at the same time. I find myself studying any chance I get… usually in a hockey arena or soccer field. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors – hiking, running, snow shoeing, skiing and gardening. I also love to practice yoga and strength training. Second to a well balanced diet, I believe moving our bodies each day is so important for our health. I strive to keep a work/life balance by making movement a priority for myself and my family. I am half way through Tier 1 of my program and I am thoroughly enjoying it so far. I look forward to completing the balance of this program in the later part of Fall 2019. It is my mission to educate myself with the ultimate goal of sharing this knowledge with others, helping people achieve health & wellness.
