I have transitioned into a new career in Nutrition and Wellness. After volunteering with children in Thailand a few years back, it changed my perspective on life and since then, I wanted to pursue helping others and have my part in changing the world for the better. I have been searching for something more meaningful and something that is more a true self-expression of who I am career-wise. I have always been into health and fitness (dance, yoga, Muay Thai, Reiki, meditation) but my mind and my spirituality is still expanding. I am more aware and mindful of what I consume. Being a graduate of the Holistic Nutrition Coach program, I have gained a more in depth understanding of the world of nutrition and what I put into my body. What we consume not only affects our physical heath, it also affect our mood and our lives overall.

Being a Holistic Nutrition Coach is aligned with my core values. I believe in a healthy balance for the mind, body and soul. What I have learned while getting my certification has far surpassed my expectations. I feel enlightened and I’m excited to share what I now know to my family, friends and future clients.
