Hi there! I’m incredibly excited to be in this program and have the opportunity to deep dive into nutrition and the ways it impacts overall health. After I complete my case studies, I will be continuing on to the tier 2 courses and then choosing a specialization. I haven’t chosen an exact focus yet, but my overall approach will be simple and accessible plans to guide others into improved health. I’m extremely passionate about normalizing healthy living and nutritious eating without overcomplicating it!
