Hi. Hey. Hello.
My name is Randi.
I am a Licensed Practical Nurse in Alberta, Canada with primary experience in Adult Addictions & Mental Health. Through my journey as a nurse I’ve developed a passion for primary and preventative health. I believe so much hardship can be prevented and improved by developing a strong foundation of skills and education centered around a healthy life style.
In my personal life, I’ve struggled with disordered eating for over 15 years. I feel I can relate to a population that struggles with the roller coaster of disordered eating & misconstrued body images. I’ve decided to tame these struggles, experiences, and values into constructive skills and receive a formal education in nutrition. My goal is to use my ever thriving interest of food and nutrition & the hours I spend researching, learning, and cooking to be something of positive power and change that can be shared not just with myself, but with others.
At this point in my life, my personal and career objectives have faded into one objective. And that objective is to provide a safe, non judgemental, and welcoming relationship and environment to those wishing to broaden their own scope of knowledge around nutrition & and living a healthy style. My goal is to help others feel the best they can, so they can be the best version of themselves for themselves.
