After the birth of her second child health and fitness became a huge part of Sarah’s life. Losing the baby weight was her main goal but in the end her fitness journey turned into a new amazing lifestyle.
After being certified as a personal trainer Sarah started falling in love with helping others achieve their health goals. Now wanting more then ever to pursue this passion she is enrolled and studying at Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition.
