I’m Sasha, wife, mother of 2 and nutrition enthusiast! I am currently studying for my Nutrition Coach Certification.
I am excited to be on this Epic journey of discovery, YES I said discovery, because as I learn about food and it’s nutritional properties I have also discovered that to really achieve a true sense of Health and Well-being, we need to look at more than just the foods that we consume!
The inter-relationships between the foods we consume, the thoughts that we think, the actions that we take (consciously or subconsciously), and the environments that we frequent all impact on our overall Health!
It’s simply amazing!
I am a work in progress as a former ‘Sugar Addict’, I have moments when I fall off the wagon, but as soon as I fall, I get back up analyse what the surrounding factors were for my poor choice. Understanding my emotional connections to various foods has been the crucial part in making wiser choices. Also, opting for more nutritious spins on the original recipes has helped, so look at out for a few recipes like that here!
I love to share my experiences with others and although there is no ‘one size fits all approach’ to Health and well-being, my aim is encourage, spread love and help everyone find their own inner place of self-love and balance!
