I am a presently a full time Mom of 2 children who is passionate about travelling and all things nutrition and well-being. Professionally, I hold a law degree, and in the past, have worked long hours in a demanding high-powered job where luckily, just before burn-out, realized I was just not happy. Sports, fitness, food, and nutrition have always played a very important role in my life. Today I am an avid trail runner and have completed numerous ultra-trails and have recently found a new passion for yoga. I am a firm believer of the healing powers of food as medicine and this has led me to seek out a new profession in Holistic Nutrition. I believe that everyone has the right to know what a well-balanced and wholesome body feels like. As I progress down this wonderful holistic lifestyle journey, I hope to be able to support others to find their own health equilibrium through balanced, wholesome, nutritious meals as well as life-style tips to minimize daily stress and feel Amazing!
