The Aromatherapy 101+102 combined course introduces students to the intricate world of essential oils while diving deep into safety and health conditions.
Essential oils have a long proven history of health benefits. They have been used for centuries around the world for mental and physical healing and even before oils were extracted, the aromatic herbs they come from were used in healing practices.
Whether you are a health practitioner or someone who is interested in aromatherapy, this course will help you navigate how to get the most out of your oils. You will also fully understand the chemical constituents and how to incorporate oils safely.
You can take Aromatherapy as your specialization option in combination with the Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach Certification or the Holistic Nutritionist Program, as an individual course for general interest, or as a standalone practitioner program in combination with our anatomy & physiology course.
This course qualifies for continuing education credits through the Health Coach Alliance (HCA) and the Canadian Association of Integrative Nutrition (CAIN).
When essential oils are applied to the skin, they are absorbed and carried by the bloodstream to every cell in the body within minutes.
From stress, anxiety, and depression to sleep, headaches, inflammation, and infections; learn about all of the therapeutic benefits essential oils have to offer.
This course can be completed within 8-12 weeks based on 7-10 hours per week of study time, but you may complete it sooner if you have more time available for learning.
