I’ve always had a close bond with food….from when I was young my family’s social gatherings centered around it, growing up I became adventurous in trying new dishes, especially from different cultures. It wasn’t until about 6 years ago I REALLY started looking at food as a means of bringing balance to the body as a whole. Food is our everyday “medicine”. As a Yoga teacher, i teach bringing balance and unity into our life when we are off the mat. Since I can’t exactly bring food to my students while they practice (believe me I’ve thought of it), I knew I had to expand my horizons and take the path of Holistic Nutritionist.
I want to share great info, but also info that inspires people to try something new while still feeling the same joy in their food as ever and also realize that natural can be and is delicious.
