My goal as a (soon to be) Nutritionist is to encourage and inspire a healthy Whole Food Diet that will nourish and satisfy. I am not trying to convince anyone of what not to eat, but rather focus on what you should. By learning to choose, prep, cook and enjoy the beautiful food nature has provided us, you will automatically start pushing out the ‘junk’ at your own pace. As my Dad always says “baby steps, baby steps”, every step you make to nourish your body will bring you closer to overall wellness.
