My passion in life is to help people live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives through diet and lifestyle changes. The food we eat not only impacts our health and well-being, but that of the planet and its creatures. Shifting our diet towards more disease preventing plant-based foods will allow us to thrive and live healthy into our older years. Our need to daily consume animal foods to get our protein and be healthy is a fallacy that is contributing to degenerative diseases, animal suffering, and environmental destruction. We can actually be healthy, thrive, and achieve our personal fitness goals on a diet exclusively comprised of plant foods.
