I’m Linsy
I’m mum to four children ranging from 6 months to 16 years old. I’m passionate about health and wellness and want to provide the best start possible for my kids.
As a family, my husband and I decided we wanted to change our families habits, starting with food. We now eat a predominately whole food, plant-based diet. We have massively cut down or cut out sugar and processed food. We are instilling healthy habits for ourselves and our kids. But there’s still plenty more work to do!
We are all active and loving hiking or bike riding together. We have introduced the kids to yoga, which they love, and some guided meditations when they feel anxious or can’t sleep.
Studying holistic nutrition and health coaching is teaching me the basics of living a long and healthy life. But it is also going to give me a career I love where I can share what I’ve learned and give people the tools they need to improve their own health.
I specialize in women’s health, prenatal and postnatal nutrition which combines my 20 years experience as a midwife with my love of health and nutrition.
