I’ve got thrown into the health and nutrition topic when my boyfriend was diagnosed with a severe autoimmune disease. Ever since, our life was turned upside down. We’ve spent the past two years reading every book on health and nutrition that we could get hold of, completely changing our lifestyle and doing everything in our power to get back to health. The journey has been tough, but I am incredibly thankful for everything I’ve learnt about health and nutrition. Despite being someone who was already very health conscious and known for a healthy lifestyle, my eyes have been completely opened and I feel like I’ve entered this whole new world of knowledge that seems to be quite separate from mass media and public opinion. I feel outraged about the misleading information that is out there, about how we feed our children and destroy our planet. I made it my mission to share the vital things I’ve learnt with more people, help others on their journey to a healthier life and take action in protecting our planet.
