- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1TBSP Olive Oil

Directions
- Chop ½inch off each end of asparagus. Using a vegetable peeler, gently peel the outer layer of each asparagus stem (This eliminates the bitter taste asparagus can sometimes have). Cut into bite size pieces.
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Place the asparagus into the boiling water for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the asparagus and run under cool water (this will prevent the asparagus from overcooking).
- Place a frying pan on low-medium heat. Add olive oil and crushed cloves of garlic.
- Once the garlic starts to sizzle, add the asparagus and sauté for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Enjoy!
