Since becoming a mother in 2016 I have revamped my life and gotten rid of all chemicals, adopted more holistic approaches to life and am passionate about all of it.

Having completed a BSc. in Human Nutritional Sciences in 2006 I felt that I needed a new approach to nutrition. I have worked as a fitness professional for the past 11 years and want to be able to share my holistic nutrition views with the people around me. I am looking to expand my career from fitness to an entire wellness umbrella.
