Alaina has a passion for yoga and wellness and loves to share her knowledge and experience with others. Yoga has taught her how to better understand her own body and its capabilities and to learn acceptance of and connection to self.
She is also studying holistic nutrition (to be completed by June 2019) so that she can share all aspects of wellness, (physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual) with her clients. She has first hand experience struggling with maintaining a healthy weight, with gluten free living, and with Interstitial Cystitis (aka Painful Bladder Syndrome).
It is her goal to combine the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of well being through yoga practices of physical asana (postures) and meditation, as well as, nutrition and lifestyle guidance to optimize clients quality of life.
