I am so Excited to be here and to share. I am Passionate about having fun while creating in the Kitchen using Plant Based Ingredients. I started my Plant Based Journey about 5 years ago and have learnt so much in that time. I’m Constantly Learning & Growing. Outside of my studies and Time cooking, I Love spending time in Nature, Practicing Yoga, Hula Hooping, Playing Ukulele, Listening to Groovy Beats and Surrounding myself with Friends and Family.

Mother Earth Fills me with so much Gratitude. I hope to share this through my Posts so we can all become more Aware of the Pure Goodness she can provide our Souls & Bodies with.
