Food on your mind?
I have over a decade of experience working as a nutritional neuroscientist in both universities and private practice settings.
My research program has been transformational in demonstrating the influence of nutrition to support brain health and optimize cognition – generating cutting-edge scientific findings published in top medical journals. In my private nutrition practice, my goal is to help others to nourish their brains with evidence-based diet plans and lifestyle practices that will optimize their mental health and cognitive ability.
I completed a Ph.D. in Neuroscience (Cardiff University) and a BSc (Honours) in Psychology (University of Birmingham) in the UK. I am also certified in Mental Health First Aid and have completed courses in Meditation & Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Life Coaching.
I love connecting people with the knowledge and tools to help them change their behaviours, which leads to more wellness and a better quality of life.
One of my passions is being able to communicate science and research to the public, and I’ve been regularly asked to be a guest on podcasts and present talks…
