Brynn has always lived a very active lifestyle. She started dancing at the age of 6, competing all over North America starting at the age of 10. She started playing softball at the age of 10 and traveled playing all over the state of New South Wales, Australia at the age of 17. When Brynn was 33 she completed a triathlon (try-a-tri), she feels training for that experience improved and reinvigorated her exercise regime.

For years Brynn suffered daily migraines, chronic muscle and joint pain, nausea, frequent back spasms and more. After incorporating wellness into her lifestyle and working with holistic practitioners, she identified many food sensitivities and has regained optimal health.

Brynn is happy to assist others with their search for a happier and healthier life through wellness techniques, nutritious eating habits, and a customized exercise plan.
