Hi! My name is Christy and I live in White Rock, British Columbia with my husband and two kids. I have an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, a masters degree in Occupational Therapy and am a Registered Health and Nutrition Coach.

I have been working as an Occupational Therapist for the past 10 years, however, I have been passionate about health and wellness most of my life. In fact, working as a Health Coach has been my dream since I was a teenager! My diverse educational background in combination with my experience, passion and ongoing quest for the most up to date research is what sets my services apart.
