As a former professional horse trainer for 17 years, I have always led an active lifestyle.  Like many others, despite pursuing outdoor activities and a physically demanding occupation, I still found the need to partake in various diet philosophies in order to try and maintain a healthy desired weight.  To varying degrees these all proved unsuccessful long term.  To answer the question “So my friend, what journey brought you here?” (Expedia.ca)… I began to pursue the integral component nutrition played in our quest for overall health, fitness and longevity.  Not only did this prove successful for me personally, but I was able to help friends and family who were struggling with even more severe health issues.  This became the catalyst for my desire to become a Nutritional Health Coach.  I would love the opportunity to structure a simplified approach to a healthier lifestyle and de-mystify the nutritional concepts for long term success.
