I have always been fascinated about nutrition , and fitness. This passion has lead me to adopt healthy eating habits, as well as to be physically active in my own life.
I look forward to working with my clients; to provide guidance so they can find success in their own individual wellness goals. In women, for instance, the body goes through dramatic and significant changes as they approach menopause. I am driven and inspired to address these changes with the aid of a sound holistic approach.
My goals are to use my skills, and knowledge to enrich my clients awareness about how to make healthy food choices, and to show them how being physically active can genuinely enhance their physical energy, mental acuity, and overall quality of life.
