Quick intro
My name is Dominique Dupont. I’m originally from St-Jean-Port-Joli (Quebec) and I now live on an acreage in Sherwood Park, Alberta with my husband. In 2011, I discovered that I have multiple sclerosis. Since then, I changed my nutrition completely (such as, no dairy except for some goat/sheep cheese once in a while; low sugar; low gluten; more vegetables and fruits, more legumes, and some meat). I try to get organic as much as possible. I have also increased my exercise, meditation and mindfulness. All those changes have been beneficial to my life and I strongly believe in the power of healthy nutrition for everyone but I’m especially interested in its influence on auto-immune diseases.
