I am motivated by connecting to nature, eating foods that allow my body to thrive, releasing limiting beliefs, attracting abundance, connecting into the present moment, self-love, and following my heart and intuition. I am exploring this beautiful world and learning tools to bring me back to myself. I am currently in Tier 1, the Holistic Nutrition Coach Certification course. I practice yoga, meditation, eat as many plants as I can, work with healing crystals, journal, walk in nature, use affirmations and mantras to raise my vibration and shift my mindset.
I envision a world where we can be free from the self-doubt, destruction and disconnect from Nature. We are multifaceted beings with unlimited potential to reach our dreams, we just need to get out of our own way. I believe that within each of us is our greatest guide and teacher, the problem is that we have been conditioned away from listening to that voice.
I know what it feels like to be trapped by anxiety and depression, to feel alone and unworthy. I have spent years comparing myself to other women, judging myself and looking for validation from outside sources. It has been through years of self-work that I have learned how to believe in myself, follow the signs that the Universe provides, to ask for help and to push through self-doubt to chase after my dreams. If we can shift our focus to the quality of our breath, the state of our heart, the words we say to ourselves and our intentions behind our actions, we can take our power back.
I aim to help women connect with their power, see their true beauty, and understand their inherent worth. Food is a tool for us to practice self-love, strengthen our willpower, express our creativity and lift ourselves up to our highest potential.
