Hi! My name is Patricia. I am a wife and mom to 2 boys. Holistic nutrition has become a passion of mine ever since making changes to my lifestyle helped me balance my hormones. Since then I have also become interested in understanding the effects of nutrition and lifestyle on ADHD. I am currently enrolled in the Health Coaching program, and plan to also complete the Optimal Nutrition for Healthy Kids program later this year. My goal is to inspire others to live in a way that supports their health and happiness.
