Yia Sou (the Greek greeting which means “In good health I found you”).

In our home our philosophy is good health comes from good food and good food takes time.

I am excited to be on this journey of Holistic Health Coach. My goal is to have a variety of specialities from how nutrition plays a significant role in brain development and overall wellness in children to supporting people with addiction issues in the importance of healthy eating for their recovery.  I am also very interested in the healing power of herbs and herbal remedies.

Good-bye in Greek is also Yia Sou which means “May you go in good health or In good health I leave you”

I aspire to greet you with wellness and leave you with tools to accomplish that wellness.
