Simple living, rich with the delights of joyous movement, delicious whole foods, clean water, warm loving connections with others, barefoot walks in the sun and restful sleep gives us a great start to enjoy long healthy lives.
Modern day living can make us feel as though we need to stay of the gerbil wheel and not pay attention to the basics. Isn’t it interesting how life has a way of getting you back on track…dis-ease, dis-connection, di-stress are all road signs helping alert us that we’ve gone off track and a redirect is needed.
We live in interesting times where many are being called back to live closer to a more natural, simplistic way of life. It is a privilege to be blessed with a curious mind and a heart that hears the call; a perpetual student, learning from the offerings of the Universe to help guide my way back to the Garden.
