Poor nutrition is the cause of wide spread disease and growing obesity rates. As a mother myself I know how challenging it can be to ensure you’re fully nourishing your children. We have an over load of advertisements telling us what is healthy and what is not, it can be very confusing. My goal is to help everyone  make the best choices for their children, their families and them selves, by helping them enhance their knowledge and giving them the tools they need to build a healthier life style.

I have a certificate in Pre/Post Natal and Childhood nutrition. I am passionate about helping parents build healthy eating habits for their children as early as possible. I can work with parents to be the healthiest they can be during pregnancy to nourish their growing baby, introduce solids to infants, work with them to build a healthier diet for their picky eaters and much more.

I have a special interest in Vegetarian/ Vegan diets, being a vegetarian myself for over 20 years I have learned how to maintain a well balance vegetarian diet. As a vegetarian food combining can be very helpful to ensure all the essential nutrients are consumed from the diet.

I am currently a student at Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition, in the Nutrition Coach program, upon completion I plan on enrolling in the Holistic Nutrition program. I have also received certificates from The Shaw Academy in Pre Natal & Childhood nutrition, as well as Sports Nutrition.
