After years of on and off exercise, feelings of confusion and being overwhelmed with all the diet trends, eating food that I believed was healthy, and then having kids, I was never able to find a consistent approach to nutrition and fitness that worked for me. I kept questioning why I was unsusccesfful, and I knew there had to be a more sustainable and simplified approach to eating and living healthy.
Over the course of the past two years, I embarked on a health journey that has since changed my life and shifted my perspective on nutrition. My curiosity and desire to dive deeper into the world of nutrition was sparked and is what ultimately led me here, to the Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition.
I am currently a student enrolled in the Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach program. My passion is to share what I have discovered to be a simple and sustainable approach to healthy living through nutrition and lifestyle.
I have found a balanced and simple approach to eating and exercising that is achievable, maintainable, that fuels my body, that I enjoy, and that truly makes me feel good. I am excited to highlight the incredible knowledge that I have learned, and share some of the tricks, tips, and recipes that I have encountered and created throughout my own personal journey.
