Hi there, I’m Claire!

Before entering the world of health and wellness, I obtained my BAH in Art History at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON. While I have always been in love with the arts, a year after graduating with my degree I found myself realizing this was not my desired career path.

When I took a good look at my life to determine my next steps, I realized the connection between all of my previous jobs – they were all in the field of customer service. A light bulb illuminated in my mind when I realized the reason I kept returning to these types of positions was because I love helping people! Upon discovering the health coaching industry, something clicked inside my soul and my intuition was set on fire.

While studying to become a Nutrition and Health Coach with NutraPhoria my health and lifestyle has been changing before my eyes as I begin my journey from the ground up. My goal with this certification is to share this wealth of wellness knowledge with anyone who is willing to listen or who is motivated to make a change! Knowledge is power, but as I have come to learn, so is food!!

By taking a mind-body-spirit approach to analyzing your lifestyle and eating habits, it is my hope that we can work together as a team to transform your patterns into ones that are healthy, wholesome, and heart-happy!

To me, overall health has a lot to do with healing in all areas of our lives. I have invented this acronym to motivate you to get started!
