Hi! I’m Erin and I live in Northern Virginia. I am a stay at home mom to a wonderful little boy! Before that, I worked in the Federal Government for 15 years. I have a B.A., M.S. and P.h.D (abd) all in Criminology.

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in my 20’s and ever since then I have cared about nutrition! Now that I have a family, I wanted a formal way to learn about serious nutrition and healing, so I came to Nutraphoria! While I will probably never go back to work in my old career field, I do hope someday to use this knowledge as a means to work towards helping children thrive. I love working with organizations that fight food insecurity. So maybe one day I will “work” for one, or create one, that not only feeds children, but feeds them healthy, thriving foods!

I also started a facebook group for moms in my area specifically geared towards healthy food/healthy raising of children. It is now for any mom or dad anywhere. So feel free to join!
