My passion for Nutrition started out as a love of cooking in my teens. By my late teens, I decided to study and become more knowledgeable in the field of Nutrition earning a diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Now in my early 40’s, a wife and mother of two, I have a deeper appreciation for Holistic health and overall wellness.
I am a Pilates instructor and love to help people find their way to being the best they can be. Combining the physical and the food component of health is a way of life for me and I love to coach others on how to increase their awareness and overcome obstacles they have faced in the past.
