Fitness and nutrition go hand and hand. As a passionate fitness professional I spend my time helping others find their love for fitness through the group fitness classes I teach, which I have been teaching for over 20 years. I am also a certified personal trainer who very much enjoys helping people reach their goals and seeing clients be able to do every day tasks at ease. When I am not spending my time with my family or working on my own fitness goals, I enjoy looking for healthier recipes for my children to enjoy the color of the rainbow in food. That is what led me to this course to become a certified holistic nutrition coach. I believe every body should be nourished from the inside out.
