Karen Kamar is a charismatic, compassionate, driven soul who bathes in the beauty of nature. From flying an airplane over the rockies, diving into the Balinese ocean, to shredding the slopes, there is no activity she will shy away form. Although she craves adventure and change of scenery, she always finds time to connect with her yoga mat to slow down and re-energize her mind, body and soul. Her energy is instantly felt around a room, her contagious smile is impossible to ignore. She brings clarity, strength and humour to her yoga teaching. For over four years, Karen has impacted many yoga students with her vinyasa flow and continues to grow as a yogi, daughter, sister, and lover.

Karen  is a graduate fro the Schulich School of Engineering looking to transition in to the health and wellness world. Karen has been teaching yoga for 5 years now and is ready to dive deep into the importance of nutrition on the body, mind, and soul.
