I am so excited to finally be working towards a certification in a field that I have been extremely passionate about for many years! I currently have a Personal Training Certification with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and have been working in the field of fitness/wellness since 2009. I love helping people accomplish their fitness goals, but I have always felt like a big piece of the puzzle was missing without any formal nutrition education. I tell my clients time and time again that results are 99% dependent on how you FUEL your body, but I could never counsel outside of the Canada’s Food Guide because I did not hold a certification in Nutrition. That’s about to change! I just completed course 1 and cannot wait to keep going and learning more! Well on my way to obtaining a Holistic Nutritionist Certification!
