Holistic nutrition has been a path I’ve transitioned my lifestyle over to the past 5 years, as I became vegetarian to pescatarian to whatever I feel like-atarian. I started to think more about what was going into my body, what was missing in my diet, and where the foods I ate were coming from.
During and continuing up to this very moment, these big changes in my lifestyle are also complemented with my active well-being through yoga, ski touring, mountain biking, and living a more simple and sustainable life as I travel around the world with my partner.
