I am a physical education and health teacher and a food lover. I love helping people to adopt a better way of life. Whether it’s in terms of daily physical activity, food, stress, sleep and good lifestyle in general.
I love to move and to keep myself motivated, I vary my physical activities. I teach yoga, aerobic class and I like to spend as much time as possible in nature.
A small step is already a lot, so let’s go!
