I’m 18 years old, I’ve been weight training for 2 years now. I’m currently enrolled in the Advanced Holistic Nutrition Certification Program. I figured if I started off young in the fitness industry with credible information, I would be better off in the long run. I’m extremely interested in how the foods we eat are connected to the body. Eating the right foods, in turn, fuels successful workouts and builds lean muscle. My mom (Tracey Mitchell) was a previous student of Nutraphoria and is my main inspiration for working out and eating healthy.
